We bring young energy and enthusiasm to SOVA Hotel&Restaurant in Ždiar, with rich experience and love for gastronomy, family comfort and Slovak traditions.
We offer cozy and clean accommodation in modernized rooms with completely renovated bathrooms, in the accommodation part of the hotel with separate sanitary facilities. In addition to standard rooms, the pension has tourist rooms with multiple beds and affordable accommodation prices for everyone.
You will simply fall in love with our traditional and homemade gastronomy with honest preparation from basic ingredients and local suppliers. We cook at home and we cook for you too. We invite you to our table and treat you like family members.
The hotel is located in the beautiful area of Belianske Tatry and in the heart of Ždiar. It is an ideal place for relaxation in nature, the starting point of many hiking trails, trips, skiing and fun.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. For late arrival (after 20:00), we will leave your key in the keybox. For early arrival or late departure, please contact us in advance at +421 905 926 601.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome! For a fee of 10€ per night, your furry friend can stay with you.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free parking directly at the hotel for all our guests.
Is breakfast included in the accommodation price?
Yes, breakfast in the form of Swedish buffet (all you can eat) is included in the accommodation price. You can also purchase it separately without reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard at the restaurant and reception.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged.

There are 3 ski resorts nearby:

In winter we provide a free shuttle bus with a stop right in front of the hotel.
Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Yes! We have 4 rooms for 4 people and 2 rooms for 5 people, playground in the restaurant and larger outdoor playground. Children under 3 years stay free without a standard bed. Baby cots, toddler toilet, toddler bathtub and changing table at reception are available.
What amenities do the rooms have?
All rooms have free WiFi, TV, shower (no bathtub), towels, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, sewing kit and vanity set - all free to use.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 21:00. Kitchen accepts orders until 20:00. Bar is open until 21:00. Menu available at www.hotelsovask.sbs/menu

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is only allowed outside. All indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking.

Yes, we have a BBQ area under a roof that can be used even in winter.
